As part of his working visit to Davos, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Adebayo Ogunlesi, member of the Board of Directors and Senior Managing Director of BlackRock.

The key areas of investment cooperation with this leading company, as well as the implementation of previously reached agreements, were discussed.

An exchange of views took place on the prospects for BlackRock’s participation in priority projects in Uzbekistan.

The company’s initiatives to acquire stakes in several Uzbekistan enterprises, establish joint investment mechanisms, and attract international expertise to improve the country’s investment climate were supported.
