On 15 March, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Ankara on a working visit.

The President of Uzbekistan will attend the extraordinary summit of the Organization of Turkic States dedicated to the issues of developing multilateral cooperation in emergency management and humanitarian assistance.

It is also envisaged to hold several bilateral meetings as part of the summit.
