On September 14, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, departed for this country on a working visit.

By the program of the stay, the next Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian Countries and a meeting of the leaders of the founding states of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea will be held in Dushanbe.
