On May 2, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse, at the invitation of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, arrived in Berlin.

At the Berlin Brandenburg Airport, the state flags of the two countries were raised, and the guard of honor was lined up for the arrival of the Leader of Uzbekistan.

Officials of Germany met the distinguished guest.

Today the President of Uzbekistan will meet with Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
