On August 19-20 this year, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to Budapest at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán.

By the visit program, the President of Uzbekistan will hold talks with the Prime Minister of Hungary, during which issues of promoting programs and projects of practical cooperation between the two countries will be considered.

The President of Uzbekistan will also take part as a guest of honor in events dedicated to the national holiday in Hungary – St. Stephen’s Day, and will also visit the finals of the men’s race of the World Athletics Championships, in Budapest.
