The official visit of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, to Uzbekistan has concluded.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, and other officials saw off the distinguished guest at Tashkent International Airport.
The two countries’ leaders held talks during the visit, and official and business events were organized.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, signed a joint declaration on expanding bilateral cooperation.

In the presence of the leaders, bilateral documents were also exchanged, including the Program of Cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs for 2026-2027 and the Agreement on the Establishment of Partnership between Tashkent and Sofia.
During the talks between the two countries’ presidents, special attention was paid to further developing mutually beneficial relations. In particular, issues of increasing trade turnover, establishing cooperation in the agro-industrial complex, pharmaceuticals, digital technologies and IT, tourism, and expanding cultural-humanitarian exchange were discussed.

This visit will undoubtedly bring the friendship and partnership between the two countries to a qualitatively new level.
