The 24th IHF Women's Junior (U20) World Championship will be held in Skopje, North Macedonia, from June 19 to 30 this year. The Uzbekistan U20 women’s team will also participate in the championship.

In the championship, teams from 32 countries will be divided into 8 groups. Group meetings will be held on June 19-22. The main stage and games of the President’s Cup are scheduled for June 23-25. Also, on June 27, the quarterfinals will be held, and on June 28, the semifinals will take place. The final match will take place on June 30.

Based on the draw results, the Uzbekistan national team will compete in Group “G” with the teams of Portugal, Montenegro, and Guinea.

Uzbekistan athletes will play their first match in the group stage on June 19 against the Montenegro team. On June 21, a meeting is expected against the Portuguese team, and on June 22 – against Guinea.
