The official welcoming ceremony of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, paying a state visit to Qatar, was held at the Amiri Diwan complex in Doha.

The Leader of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev was warmly welcomed by the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

A guard of honor was lined up in honor of the distinguished guest. The military band performed the national anthems of the two countries.

The heads of state walked around the guard of honor and greeted members of the official delegations.

High-level talks have begun.
