The resolution, Minutes No. IF-1 of July 30, 2024, has led to the reorganization of JV LLC INTEGRO FACILITY by merging with JV LLC INTEGRO PRIME BUSINESS (TIN -304669073).

By Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Limited and Additional Liability Companies”, as a result of the reorganization, JV LLC INTEGRO PRIME BUSINESS will be the legal successor to all rights and obligations of JV LLC INTEGRO FACILITY.
