Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region differs from other regions in its high tourism and natural potential. The main task is to ensure the rapid development of modern infrastructure and expand and improve the quality of tourism, hotel, and transport services.
Since the Charvak Tourist and Recreational Zone activity began, practical work has been carried out in this direction. According to expert analysis, 26 tourist facilities were launched in 2020-2022, serving 3,500 tourists, with a projected cost of $80.1 million. As a result, 964 additional jobs were created.

Over the last 7 months of this year, 19 investment projects worth $33.2 million were implemented, which contributed to providing services to 2,630 tourists, and more than a thousand jobs were created.
The Head of the Department of the Directorate of the Tourist and Recreational Zone of Charvak State Unitary Enterprise, Nodir Eshnazarov, said that to develop tourism infrastructure in Bostanlyk district, proposals will be submitted to the administrative council of Charvak Tourist and Recreational Zone to sell the right to provide vacant land areas for long-term lease through promotional bidding. Thanks to their transparency, previously offered land plots were sold at 4-5 times the initial price. Over the last 8 months of this year, 49.3 hectares of land were put up on the electronic trading platform to build modern hotels, recreation centers, and other tourist facilities. Currently, 15 lots (34.45 hectares) have been sold with a total value of 52.6 billion UZS.

Meanwhile, to ensure the convenience of guests and residents of the area, a highway and sidewalks have been created at the entrance to the “Chorbog” sanatorium at 10.7-11.2 kilometers of route 4P10 of the Charvak Reservoir (territory of the Novobod MCA). In the summer, tourist attendance at these places increased sharply, which was why these measures were used.

By the end of the year, it is planned to launch 8 investment projects worth $52.2 million to serve tourists and in 2024, to build 54 hotels, recreation centers, shopping and entertainment centers, sports and fitness centers, and catering facilities. The total cost of work is $320.1 million.
