The new company will employ 500 women
At the initiative of Andijan Regional Hokimiyat, the Aqtuba Textile Group began its activities in “Aqtuba” mahalla of Kegeyli district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
At the company, the project cost of which amounted to 30 billion UZS, 500 women will be provided with jobs. The annual production capacity will be 2.4 million pieces of knitted products.
A Cooperation Agreement has been signed with Russia for a year. Tailoring of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing for export is established.
