A ceremonial closing event was held for the “Muvozanat” (“Balance”) professional development program, organized by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education for preschool educators.
The program’s primary goal was to support teachers’ emotional well-being, provide training in self-regulation and practical psychological techniques, and enhance emotional intelligence and professional motivation.
During the seminar, participants received essential guidance on restoring and strengthening emotional well-being, creating a healthy spiritual and psychological environment for learners, applying practical psychological techniques, and using self-regulation methods.
Over the two-day training, participants mastered modern methodologies, completed interactive exercises, and exchanged experiences.
