Tashkent hosted an international conference on solving problems related to the modern system of increasing human resources and the professional development of lawyers.
The conference, organized by the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice, was attended by foreign experts from the United States, Azerbaijan, Japan, representatives of the Ministry of Justice and national institutions of the judicial and legal sphere, scientists and researchers.
Director of the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers Sherzod Rabiyev noted that legal personnel plays an important role in implementing the foundations of the country’s legal system and development principles. The high qualification and potential of legal personnel will serve to effectively ensure human rights and strengthen the rule of law.
The system of continuous professional development of legal personnel, current issues of legal science and law enforcement practice were discussed at the conference.
Opinions were voiced on innovations in legal education, existing problems and new opportunities, digital transformation of legal practice and education.
At the conference, the international community was informed about systemic reforms in the continuous professional development of legal personnel and their results.
