Presidential Resolution “On measures to raise attracting young people to mass sports in mahallas to a new level” has been adopted in Uzbekistan.

The document is aimed at promoting family sports and organizing mass sports events.

With this decision, starting from 2022, annually on June 30 – on Uzbekistan Youth Day and within the framework of the Youth Forum, which is held in December, a system is being introduced for holding five-stage mass sports competitions in football, mini-football, volleyball, athletics, chess, checkers, table tennis, streetball, workout.

In addition, starting from March 1, 2023, a system for holding three-stage nationwide sports competitions in Olympic, non-Olympic and national sports is being introduced.
