A solemn meeting of the delegation of the leading association in tourism in Germany – DRV, which included representatives of the 70 largest tour operators, took place at Tashkent International Airport.

During the visit, German tour operators will make info tours of sights, get acquainted with cultural heritage sites, tourist villages, and newly created tourist sites in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Jizzakh, Fergana regions, as well as in the city of Tashkent.

According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan, following the trip, on May 16 this year, the Destination Forum and B2B meetings will be held with the participation of German and Uzbek entrepreneurs. As part of the forum, presentations will be held for the largest travel agencies and tour operators in Germany, aimed at presenting Uzbekistan as a popular tourist destination for Europeans.
