As the private sector’s participation in the economy expands, so does the need for skilled labor. In this competitive market, public service should also be attractive.

“How much time, labor and money are required to train one specialist?! In addition, we must not forget that a civil servant is a limited resource”, the President noted.

Therefore, the issue of implementing an employee incentive system based on his experience, qualifications and achieved results will be considered.
