The future of the HR sector is discussed in Tashkent
17:59 / 2025-10-11

Tashkent hosted the International Employer Brand Summit (Embras) entitled “People, Technology and the New Power of Business”.

The event brought together leading international experts and representatives of companies from different countries, becoming a unique platform for sharing experiences, implementing innovative HR solutions, and promoting the culture of a strong employer brand.

Identifying, supporting, and encouraging companies that successfully develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent are the main objectives of the summit. The initiative aims to raise the standards of corporate culture, create an attractive image of the employer, and introduce innovative personnel management practices.

According to Gulnora Urmanova, Executive Director of the Association of Employers of Uzbekistan, over the past eight years, modern HR practices and technologies have been actively introduced into the activities of domestic enterprises, which has become a real breakthrough for the country’s labor market.

This year, the integration of artificial intelligence into business processes became the central theme of the event. Irina Danilova, Head of the Embras Project Award, emphasized that while the role of AI in company management is steadily growing, human attention should remain a priority.

The participants discussed the best international and local HR practices, shared examples of successful process automation, digitalization of work tools, and building sustainable teams. Following the event, companies that achieved outstanding results in forming their employer’s brand and implementing advanced HR strategies were recognized.
