Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan Kim Hee-sang.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, Mr. Saidov congratulated the Ambassador on the New Year according to the lunar calendar (“Sollal”).

It was noted that in recent years, Uzbekistan – South Korean relations have reached an unprecedented high level of special strategic partnership.

The main attention was paid to the issues of further developing bilateral cooperation in 2023.

A busy schedule of upcoming joint events at various levels was discussed.
