Large-scale activity is being carried out in Uzbekistan to widely introduce international experience into the system of public education.
The National Curriculum has been developed with the participation of international experts and domestic teachers.
At a briefing organized at the Agency for Information and Mass Communications, the head of the Press Service of the Ministry of Public Education, Laylo Rustamova, noted that to bring work in education to a qualitatively new level, a special working group has been established under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Finnish experience is actively being introduced into the education system of the country.
During his visit to Syrdarya region, the President of Uzbekistan noted the upcoming tasks that need to be implemented in education and stressed that the educational system of Finland is one of the most competitive systems in the world.
Pilot work on the introduction of the Finnish education system has begun at secondary school No. 134 in Tashkent’s Almazar district. For the next two months, the schools participating in the experiment and their teachers will work based on a separate program.
Also, from January next year, a major conference “Modern Education for Modern Society” will be organized in each region.
