The exhibition of Uzbekistan in Berlin has ended
The exhibition “Archaeological Treasures of Uzbekistan. From Alexander the Great to the Kushan Empire” which started in Berlin on 4 May 2023, has ended.
Archaeological finds dating back to the second half of the 4th century BC – from the reign of Alexander the Great to the end of the reign of the Kushans were presented to the attention of the European public.
The exhibition was displayed at two venues – at the James Simon Gallery and the New Museum in Berlin. According to the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan, more than 580 thousand people visited the exhibition.
