In particular, information was given on the essence and significance of the resolution of the President “On implementation of “Every family – entrepreneur” program of June 7, 2018 and implementation at places of the Decree of the President “On measures of increasing the efficiency of the state registration of medicines and improving provision of the population” of June 20, 2018.

According to the decree, the requirement on selling socially important medicines and medical products at fixed prices was abolished. On August 1, 2018, the procedure for recognizing the results of state registration of medicines implemented in countries with high regulatory requirements is being introduced.

Priority directions of the state policy on increasing the role and importance of registry offices in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, as well as improving the quality of public services provided to the population are defined.

Formation of the Unified Electronic Archive of the Registry Office, which allows the population to promptly receive archive data and information, is envisaged. According to the document, before January 1, 2022, the digitization of all civil status records, starting from the 19th century, kept in the registrar’s offices will be completed.
