In this year’s elections, the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, calling on the population to unite to preserve nature, is promoting several initiatives to protect the environment.
In particular, according to the party’s election program, it is proposed to reduce the amount of harmful gases emitted into the atmosphere by 2 times and increase compensation payments for emissions of pollutants that exceed the norm by 10 times.

At the same time, the idea of declaring an indefinite moratorium on using plants listed in the Red Book and hunting for wild animals is being promoted.

The party’s initiatives, such as a ban on replanting trees older than 10 years, introducing a procedure for depriving entrepreneurs of land rights who illegally cut down trees for construction purposes, and further expanding the system of incentives for citizens to report on environmental issues, are essential for preserving the environment.
The priority goals and ideas of the party’s election program, which aim to preserve nature, the environment, and ecology, are vital and relevant initiatives. It is no wonder that they find broad support during election campaigning.
