Andijan Regional Council of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businesspeople – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan organized a meeting dedicated to discussing the Draft Constitutional Law “On introducing amendments and addenda to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

At the event, with the participation of members of the regional Council and party activists, deputies, media representatives, the participants talked about the tasks outlined in the speech of the Head of the state at the meeting with members of the Constitutional Commission, provided information about the changes and additions to the Basic Law.

It was noted that building a New Uzbekistan, raising the ongoing reforms to a qualitatively new level requires a new approach to the content of the Basic Law, revision of this important document taking into account the experience of developed countries, in connection with which this draft law was developed.

The work carried out by the regional council of the party on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was discussed. The participants exchanged views on the significance and important aspects of the proposals of the population and entrepreneurs at places.
