King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, together with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, visited the Eternal City historical and ethnographic park at the international tourist center in Samarkand.

The distinguished guest viewed the exhibitions showcasing the rich cultural heritage of our people, including handicrafts and applied arts. A program of choreographic ensembles was also presented.

The complex brings together the main symbols of antiquity and recreates recognizable features of the landmarks of Uzbekistan’s historic cities. Alongside national traditions, it also reflects the history of international diplomacy.

This combination of meaning, history, and modernity made a strong impression on the guests.
