On the issue of the agenda at the meeting, it was decided that taking into account the fact that 84.51 percent of voters participated in this political process, the referendum on the draft Constitutional law held on April 30 corresponds to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law “On the Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan”. It is also considered that the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted by a referendum by popular vote.

It was noted that the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” is considered to have entered into force after the official announcement of this decision. On the day of the official announcement, this decision is sent to the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to organize its execution.
