Bakhmal District Hokimiyat of Jizzakh region held an event to discuss the Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On introducing amendments and addenda to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

It was attended by responsible persons of the district hokimiyat, members of the Senate, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local councils, heads of sectors, enterprises, organizations and institutions, chairmen of rural and mahalla citizens’ assemblies and media representatives.

The event was dedicated to the Development Strategy of the New Uzbekistan and its implementation, the importance of public monitoring, an important political process in the country today – public discussion of the Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The draft law was discussed at the meeting.
