Fergana residents are also actively participating in the discussion of amendments to the Constitution.

The Regional Hokimiyat hosted a meeting with the Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Umidjon Jabborov, deputy hokims of the region, heads and specialists of the secretariats.

It was noted that there are more than 200 amendments to 64 articles of the Constitution, the introduction of 16 new norms and six articles. The proposed changes in the human rights and freedoms, entrepreneurship and land issues, the development of the family institution, labor relations, judiciary, education, medicine and ecology were analyzed.

It was also noted that it is important to inform citizens about the upcoming changes and encourage them to be more socially active.
