This year, Germany celebrates the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Basic Law.

This year, Germany celebrates the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Basic Law. The National Centre for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized an event on this occasion, at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. Presentation of a copy of the Basic Law of Germany, published in Uzbek, was held.

It was noted that the Germany’s Constitution serves as the legal basis for socio-economic development of this country. Its first copy in Uzbek was presented to the President of the Bundestag Wolfgang Schäuble, during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Germany.

The book is published by Akademnashr publishing house in Uzbek and German. 

The book, published with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, is intended for students enrolled in law and political science, scholars who carry out their activities in the field of state and constitutional rights, as well as a wide circle of readers. This book indicates that Uzbekistan – Germany cooperation is consistently developing in the field of scientific publications.
