Rishtan pottery is famous not only in Uzbekistan, but also worldwide.

The establishment of the International Ceramics Center and the creation of pottery schools in Rishtan district have played a significant role in promoting and preserving this traditional craft.

The Head of the Mingboshi Ceramics family enterprise, Shokirjon Ahmadjonov, a young potter, aims to glorify the national brand worldwide. He is always striving for innovation, so he created a dish weighing 5.5 tons with the image of the mausoleum of the great scientist Burkhoniddin Ar-Roshidoniy. The work on painting this pottery is being completed.

The enterprise has created 2,000 jobs. Last year, its exports of ceramic products to the United States, Russia, and Central Asian countries amounted to $2 million.
