State Services Agency’s delegation led by Director Khalilillo Turakhujayev visited the famous German company for production of professional equipment for digitizing documents MICROBOX GmbH.
Among the key objectives of the trip are to discuss prospects for interaction between the competent authorities of the two countries in the sphere of digitalization of public services sector, training in the operation of modern scanning devices, as well as development of proposals for speeding up the process of digitizing archival information.
In addition, special attention is paid to consideration of issues of supplying advanced scanning equipment to Uzbekistan.
Due to introduction of a new position in the system of Public Service Centers – the archivist, it is planned to abandon the manual search of archive documents of registry offices. In addition, by January 1, 2022, it is planned to form a Unified electronic archive of a registry office.
