The Association of Patent Attorneys was established as a new stage in intellectual property development.

The Ministry of Justice registered this structure as an NGO.

In this regard, a solemn event was organized in the Intellectual Property Department of the Ministry of Justice with the presentation of the Association of Patent Attorneys certificate.

The primary purpose of creating this association is to further develop patent attorneys’ activities, expand cooperation and information exchange, thereby increasing their role in intellectual property protection, and study existing problems in the sphere and their further solutions.

At the event, patent attorneys presented their presentations. In particular, the Chairperson of the Association Madina Tursunova made a report on “The role of patent attorneys in creating an effective mechanism of interaction between the state and entrepreneur for the development of intellectual property market”, and spoke about the goals of creating this organization, its relevance, upcoming tasks and expected results.

At the same time, patent attorneys expressed their proposals for solving problems in the field and discussed tasks facing them.
