In connection with the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Defenders of the Motherland Day, a spiritual-enlightenment event “The Army of New Uzbekistan – the country’s power and a symbol of high pride and loyalty!” took place at the Termez State Pedagogical Institute.

The event was attended by the leadership of the institute, military personnel of one of the military units of the Border Troops of the State Security Service, members of the Veteran Regional Council, honored guests, and students.

Soldiers of the military unit and students of the faculty of pre-conscription military training demonstrated performances. The songs glorifying the Motherland and theatrical performances gave the participants high spirits.

A group of professor-teachers was also awarded in connection with the holiday.
