Construction and landscaping activities have been carried out in the region, streets, squares, cultural institutions and recreation areas have been festively decorated.

Over 300 guests from 75 countries will take part in the international festival along with representatives of Uzbekistan and admirers of the bakhshi art. All conditions have been created for local and foreign guests who wish to attend the event, where national values will be celebrated. More than 4 thousand 700 seats have been prepared. Thousand places are reserved in nine hotels and sanatoriums. 102 guest houses for 483 places are opened. 23 restaurants and cafes are prepared to ensure qualitative food for guests. Measures are defined to provide medical, transport and other services, ensure safety of the festival participants.

Cultural, enlightenment and entertainment events are planned to be held during the festival. International Bakhshi competition, international scientific practical conference will be held. The guests will make excursions to six tourism destinations, become acquainted with historical monuments and sights. During the festival, the programs of the best folklore and ethnographic folk ensembles of the region will be presented to local and foreign guests. Bakhshi and more than a hundred artists from local cultural centers will perform.

The first Bakhshi International Art Festival will be held at a high level. All possibilities and conditions are created for this.
