The Technopark, with a territory of more than 100 hectares, has 7 factories producing gas meters, refrigerators, industrial air conditioners and cooling systems, water pumps, molds and dies, elevators and escalators.

The production of gas meters under the Osten brand is carried out jointly with the Italian company Pietro Fiorentini and was launched on 29 February 2020. The annual production is 3 million units.

Refrigerators are manufactured under the Samsung brand. The annual capacity is 1 million refrigerators. 42 types of refrigerators of 10 types and modifications are produced.

Passenger, hospital, freight and panoramic elevators and escalators are manufactured under the Osten brand. The annual capacity is 2000 units of elevators and 500 escalators. The project is implemented in partnership with Shanghai Mitsubishi.

Another project, the only one in the region, is the production of water pumps. The annual capacity of the project is 550 thousand units. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the leading manufacturers of the industry LEO Group of Companies (China) and Atlas Copco (Sweden).

Industrial air conditioners and refrigeration systems are manufactured under the Shivaki brand. The production capacity is about 80 thousand units per year.

The main partners for the production of molds and dies are Sodick (Japan), Istanbul Makina (Turkey) and Wilhelm Oberste-Beulmann GmbH & Co.KG (Germany).

By the end of 2021, it is planned to launch 8 more large investment projects aimed at organizing the production of import-substituting and export-oriented products. Following the launch of all projects, it is planned to employ about 10 thousand people.
