At the International Chess Tournament “Tashkent Winter 2026”, about 100 chess players from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and under the auspices of FIDE, competed for victory.

Following the competition, Jurabek Ibodullayev reached the top step of the podium, while another Uzbek chess player, Komil Rakhmatulin, and Shodikhuja Vohidov also occupied second and third places.

Winners were awarded with diplomas, medals, and memorable gifts. They also received additional rating points.
