Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the University of Klagenfurt (Austria), one of the top 400 most reputable universities in the world, on science and the program of additional education.

According to the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the most gifted undergraduates will be selected to continue their studies in the first or second semester at the University of Klagenfurt with the possibility of obtaining a double degree.

Now researchers, doctoral students and undergraduates of Tashkent University of Information Technologies can choose scientific supervisors from among the professors of both universities.

Previously, cooperation with the University of Klagenfurt was carried out within the framework of the ERASMUS+INTRAS project, according to which more than ten scientific articles were published in reputable journals, two teachers had internships at a foreign university. These days, two more students preparing for a Ph.D. degree are sent on a five-month business trip under the exchange program.
