Tashkent hosts a Regional Forum of NOC Leaders from CIS, Baltic and Georgia states.

Officials and specialists of the Olympic Committees of foreign countries arrived in Tashkent to attend the event.

The forum is aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the states in the political, economic, cultural and sports spheres, exchanging experience and reaching agreements on new cooperation plans, discussing promising projects.

Delegates from 14 countries of the region have been registered to attend the event. Among them are heads of national Olympic committees, secretary generals and well-known representatives of world sports.

The forum will run until November 4.
