Tashkent to open Cyber University
A Cooperation Agreement has been signed at Tashkent Regional Hokimiyat with the Hwashin Cyber University (South Korea) on the establishment of the University’s branch in Uzbekistan.
The project is estimated at $10 million. Academic buildings, a library and information center, a gym, and a palace of culture will be built for the university.
It will also have an educational cluster that includes a preschool education institution, a general education school and a student dormitory for 600 places.
The university will employ qualified specialists from abroad. The parties also discussed the issue of providing students studying at the branch with the opportunity to continue their studies in South Korea and get a diploma from Hwashin Cyber University.
