The conference, which will be held on November 14-16, aims to promote and strengthen the rights of all children to quality care and education at an early age by reaffirming countries' commitment to Sustainable Development Goal No. 4.2 and investing in it.

UNESCO regional and local bureau and member states are expected to actively participate in regional consultations in the coming months. The result of these events will become regional final documents that will be used in the development of the Tashkent Declaration.

UNESCO and the Government of Uzbekistan sincerely invite member states, associate members and key partners to participate in the World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education.
