A meeting of the Organizing Committee was held to prepare for the Annual Meeting of the IsDB Board of Governors.

According to Uzbekistan MIFT, the meeting was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade, Governor of the IsDB from Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov.

The participants considered the progress in the implementation of measures to prepare for the event. Heads of relevant working subgroups of the Organizing Committee reported on the work carried out and provided information on the current state of elaboration of organizational issues in various areas.

The importance of holding the event at a high organizational and substantive level in the context of strengthening the country’s image in the international arena and further deepening cooperation with the IsDB Group and other development partners was emphasized.
