On February 1, 2024, Tashkent will gather experts and practitioners of effective management of people and companies for the third time.

The Forum will become the first large-scale business event of the new year for managers from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.

Issues relevant to each manager, such as transformation and change management, innovation and corporate culture, the interaction between expats and local teams, corporate governance in family companies, startups and venture investments, burnout, and team health management, will be discussed at the event.

The participants can learn about new approaches and management tools, expand their network of professional contacts, get acquainted with advanced development technologies, and explore innovative methods in personnel management.
