As part of the meetings of the Joint Turkmenistan – Uzbekistan Commission and the Uzbekistan – Turkmenistan Business Council, a “Made in Turkmenistan” exhibition will be held in Tashkent on July 15-16, Turkmenistan State News Agency reports.

Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Atdayev stated this at a meeting of the Turkmenistan government, adding that the event will be organized to implement the agreements reached at the highest level in accordance with the “Plan of joint activities for further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan”.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed officials to properly prepare for the 18th meeting of the Joint Turkmenistan – Uzbekistan Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation and the next meeting of heads of state, noting that Uzbekistan is a close partner of Turkmenistan.
