The Chess tournament among children “Tashkent Summer-2016” ended in Tashkent.

The traditional chess tournament, organized by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation in order to further popularize chess in our country, identify and enhance the skills of young talents, meaningful spending summer holidays, was attended by about 250 young chess players divided into two groups.

In Group A, Maksad Sapaev scored 7.5 points from a possible nine and won first place. Ruslan Salaev and Inomjon Shoymurodov, scored 7 points in nine games, took second and third places.

Mamarajab Mamarasulov, won in Group B with seven games and twice played a draw, and by scoring 8 points won the “gold”. Sirojiddin Mahamatov with 7.5 points awarded silver, Kamronbek Koraboev with 7 points - bronze medal.
