Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi was recognized as the winner of the Go East contest, announced by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), with the project “Eastern Renaissance: A journey through Uzbek language and culture”.

As part of the project, during the summer holidays, talented German students will be able to take part in a special university program “Uzbek School” to study the Uzbek language and culture, visit historical monuments and engage in ecotourism, as well as try themselves in several masterclasses.
