Tashkent region and Chongqing establish friendly relations

At the 18th session of the NPC Standing Committee of Chongqing city, a decision was made to establish friendly relations with Uzbekistan’s Tashkent region.
According to Xinhua News Agency, Chongqing is a large city located in southwestern China and reporting to the center.
It was noted that in 2019, the volume of exports and imports between Chongqing and Uzbekistan amounted to 226 million yuan ($31.9 million), which is 215.4 percent more than the last year.
The government of Uzbekistan and enterprises of Chongqing plan to create a cluster in sericulture in Tashkent region.
