On March 23, the Press Center of Tashkent International high-level conference on Afghanistan “Peace process, security cooperation and regional collaboration” began its work in Tashkent Palace of Symposiums.

On March 23, the Press Center of Tashkent International high-level conference on Afghanistan “Peace process, security cooperation and regional collaboration” began its work in Tashkent Palace of Symposiums.

Representatives of about 300 domestic and over 20 representatives of foreign mass media, such as The New York Times, BBC, Jenmin Jibao, NHK will participate in coverage of Tashkent International Conference on Afghanistan.



In order to create convenience for journalists, the main events of the conference, which will be held at the Palace of Symposiums in Tashkent, will be directly broadcasted to the press center. In addition, the center is equipped with modern computers, printers and other multifunctional devices. Access to the Internet through high-speed Wi-Fi and cable lines is created.

– Peaceful Afghanistan is capable of providing the Central Asian countries with the shortest access to the ports of the Indian Ocean and the Persian Gulf, connecting the countries of South Asia with the Europe and the Middle East markets, – said director of Information and Analytical Center for International Relations, E.Oripov.
