Uzbekistan Road Cycling Championships kicks off in Tashkent region.

More than 100 athletes are taking part in the championship, organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the National Olympic Committee and the Cycling Federation of Uzbekistan.

On the first day, the team Dynamo consisting of Danil Evdokimov, Nikita Stenkavoy, Dmitry Sirko, Botirjon Ismatov became the winner with a result of 50:5 on 40 km race. Khorezm region’s team consisting of Samandar Sultonov, Ahmad Yuldashev, Khusniddin Shonazarov, Davlatyor Zaribov became the best among youth with the result of 52:59.

Yanina Kuskova and Madina Kakhorova won the women’s championships with a result of 28:59 on a 20 km race. Anna Kuskova and Margarita Misyurina crossed the finish line first with a result of 30:22.
