Tashkent hosts Uzbekistan Muay Thai Championships among adults and juniors.

573 athletes from Karakalpakstan, regions, and Tashkent, including 173 girls, are competing for medals in 54 weight categories.

This tournament will also select strong athletes to attend the World Championships, to be held in March this year, and the Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games, to be held in Thailand.

The championships will run until February 18.
