The final presentation of the TED Educational-Khwarizmi project, organized by the Agency of Presidential Educational Institutions, was attended by 15 speakers and project participants who successfully passed the previous stages of the competition.
The project is aimed at expanding the worldview of youth and developing their English language skills.
It should be noted that the TED-Ed project started 30 years ago as a four-day conference in California and continues to support youth initiatives and ideas to this day.
Over 400 students from all over the country took part in the TED Educational-Khwarizmi project. 15 students among them were selected on a competitive basis and worked on public speaking for two months under the guidance of mentor Jahongir Kamolov.
Within the framework of the project, participants spoke on topics related to information technology, mathematics, philosophy, science and culture. In addition, they demonstrated their oratory skills in English.
