The Fashion and Textile Exhibition is being held at the Uzexpocentre, the leading exhibition site of Uzbekistan.

Speakers at the exhibition’s opening ceremony noted that this event plays a vital role in local and foreign entrepreneurs’ activities, helps strengthen cooperation, and creates an opportunity to determine plans.

As Muzaffar Mamurov, Chief Manager of the Seys company, noted, the exhibition is being held for the fourth time. Representatives of the textile industry of Uzbekistan, China, and Türkiye demonstrate their capabilities there.

“The exhibition aims to contribute to developing the country’s textile industry. Our company plans to collaborate with foreign partners to increase the sector’s export potential. The three-day exhibition will open the way for implementing the plans”, said Mr. Mamurov.

The first and second pavilions of the Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex display textiles and national costumes of China and Türkiye. Among them are the products of the Al Karam Qadri company, led by Jordanian entrepreneur Ahmad Qadri. He is participating in this exhibition for the first time.

“We are representatives of the fourth generation of manufacturers of Jordanian national costume, continuers of the work of our grandfathers and fathers. We supply our products to the UAE, Türkiye, and China and have high hopes for the exhibition in your country. Our participation in this event is a convenient opportunity to find partners”, said Ahmad Qadri.

A costume show created by talented designers was part of the exhibition.
